What do I do if my body butter/whipped soap melts?
-Don't worry! If it arrives in a liquified state, simply put it in your refrigerator for a few minutes until it resolidifies. Good as new! We ship body butters and whipped soaps priority mail in the US and we also ship with ice packs and thermal bubble wrap to try to prevent melting. Melting typically only happens in the summer time and it is still pretty uncommon.
My body butter melted and it feels grainy. What do I do?
-Your body butter may have crystalized. This happens very rarely. This happens when body butter melts and resolidifies too slowly. Simply remove the jar lid, and microwave in 15 second bursts until liquified. Then refrigerate until solid. It may not be "whipped" anymore but the product is still good to use and will still deliver all of the same benefits to your skin.
What do I do if my order is damaged/ lost?
-If you kept the Route Shipping Protection in your order, go back to the email you received from Route when you placed the order with us, and open a trouble ticket. Once your ticket is approved you will receive a refund or a replacement. If you removed the shipping protection from your cart when you ordered, we will not be able to replace damaged or lost orders.
I forgot to use a discount code. Can I still get the discount even after I placed the order?
-Unfortunately we can't add a discount after the order is placed.
